Tom Ford

Tom Ford is an American luxury fashion house founded by designer Tom Ford in 2005. The brand offers a range of products, including ready-to-wear clothing, leather accessories, shoes, cosmetics, and fragrances. In November 2022, Ford sold his stake in the company, along with a separate fragrance and cosmetics business, to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in a $2.8 billion deal. Following the acquisition, Ford stepped down as CEO but remained the creative visionary until the end of 2023. In April 2023, Guillaume Jesel was appointed President and CEO of Tom Ford, and Peter Hawkings succeeded Ford as Creative Director. In September 2024, Haider Ackermann was announced as the new Creative Director, following Hawkings' departure. The brand's manufacturing operations are spread across multiple countries, reflecting its global production strategy. The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., headquartered in the United States, is a multinational corporation specializing in the production and marketing of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. Tom Ford International, the original company behind the brand, continues to operate under the ownership of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
