Suunto is a Finnish company founded in 1936 by Tuomas Vohlonen, specializing in sports watches, dive computers, compasses, and precision instruments. The Suunto Vertical All Black is a high-performance sports watch designed for demanding athletes and adventurers. Manufactured in Finland, it features a stainless steel bezel, sapphire crystal glass, and a glass fiber reinforced polyamide case. The watch offers a 1.4-inch color touchscreen with a resolution of 280 x 280 pixels and is water-resistant up to 100 meters. It includes an integrated wrist heart rate monitor, customizable watch faces, and supports multiple satellite systems for GPS tracking. The battery life varies depending on the mode, with up to 85 hours in full GPS tracking mode and up to 500 hours in Tour mode. In May 2022, Suunto was acquired by Liesheng, a Chinese technology company specializing in wearable devices and sports technology, marking a significant shift in the brand's ownership.
