G4S security services

G4S is a British multinational private security company headquartered in London, England. It was established in July 2004 through the merger of Securicor, a UK-based security firm, and Group 4 Falck, a Danish company. G4S offers a range of services, including the supply of security personnel, monitoring equipment, response units, and secure prisoner transportation. The company operates in more than 90 countries and employs over 533,000 people, making it the world's largest security company by revenue. In April 2021, G4S was acquired by Allied Universal, an American private security and staffing company, creating a global integrated security services leader. Allied Universal is headquartered in the United States and is the world's largest provider of private security guards, with 800,000 employees.
