Cocio Chocolate Milk

Cocio is a legendary Danish chocolate milk brand that has maintained a high standard of quality since its inception in 1951. Originally founded by Anker Pallesen in the city of Esbjerg, the brand became famous for its simple three-ingredient recipe: fresh milk, cocoa, and sugar. This unique blend is cooked in its bottle, which allows the sugar to caramelize and gives Cocio its distinctively rich and creamy flavor.

Historically, the brand grew from a small local production into a national icon and eventually an international export. In 2008, after years of partnership and partial ownership, the brand was fully acquired by the Danish dairy giant Arla Foods. To this day, the primary production remains anchored in Esbjerg, Denmark, where hundreds of thousands of bottles and cans are produced daily to meet global demand.
