Stellantis N.V. is a multinational automotive corporation formed in 2021 through the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) and the PSA Group. The company's headquarters are located in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. As of 2024, Stellantis operates in multiple countries, manufacturing vehicles under 14 brands, including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram Trucks, and Vauxhall. Exor N.V., an investment company controlled by the Agnelli family, holds a significant stake in Stellantis N.V., making it the ultimate owner of the company. Under his leadership, Stellantis aims to navigate challenges such as revitalizing sales in the U.S. and Europe, addressing the impact of U.S. tariffs, and advancing its electrification strategy. The company plans to launch 10 new products in 2025 and has integrated artificial intelligence into its digital transformation efforts, including the development of an advanced in-car assistant in partnership with Mistral AI. Additionally, Stellantis unveiled STLA AutoDrive 1.0, its first in-house-developed automated driving system, delivering Hands-Free and Eyes-Off (SAE Level 3) functionality.
