Graasten Remoulade is an iconic Danish condiment, often referred to as 'Denmark's original' remoulade. It was first created in 1947 by the Graasten Salater company in the town of Gråsten, Southern Jutland. Known for its distinct yellow color and chunky vegetable base, it is a staple in Danish cuisine, typically served with fish fillets, french fries, and hot dogs.

While the brand retains its local identity, it is currently owned by the Norwegian conglomerate Orkla ASA. The production still takes place primarily in Denmark, maintaining the traditional recipe and association with Danish food heritage. Orkla acquired the brand as part of its strategy to dominate the Nordic food market through well-established local heritage brands.
