Sensodyne Original Toothpaste

Sensodyne is a globally recognized oral care brand specifically formulated for people with sensitive teeth. Originally developed in the United States in the early 1960s, the brand was created by Block Drug, a pharmaceutical company based in Brooklyn. Over the decades, through mergers and acquisitions, the brand became a flagship product for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).

In 2022, GSK spun off its consumer healthcare division into a new independent company called Haleon. Today, Haleon is the ultimate owner of Sensodyne. While the brand has American roots, Haleon is headquartered in the United Kingdom. Manufacturing occurs in multiple locations worldwide to supply different regional markets, including various facilities across Europe and Asia. In the Swedish market, Sensodyne is a market leader in the sensitive teeth category and is distributed by Haleon's local subsidiaries.
