The production is managed by the Hamker Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, based in Dissen and Bad Essen, Germany. Hamker has been a long-standing specialist in sauces and margarines and was integrated into the Homann Group in 2008. Since 2010, the entire group—including Hamker—has been under the ultimate ownership of the Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller (Müller Group), a major multinational dairy and food corporation. This ensures that while the product is sold as a value-tier house brand, it originates from facilities with large-scale industrial expertise in German sauce production.
