Faxe Kondi is a popular Danish soft drink introduced in 1971 by Faxe Bryggeri, a brewery based in Faxe, Denmark. Initially, it was sold in beer bottles, reflecting the brewery's origins. The drink is known for its refreshing lemon/lime flavor and is often marketed as a sports drink due to its added dextrose content. Over the years, Faxe Kondi has expanded its product line to include variants like Faxe Kondi Zero Calories and Faxe Kondi Booster energy drinks. In 1989, Faxe Bryggeri merged with Jyske Bryggeri to form Royal Unibrew A/S, which now owns the Faxe Kondi brand. The brand has a strong market presence in Denmark and Greenland, where it holds a 33% market share. Faxe Kondi has also been associated with Danish sports, sponsoring events like the Superliga and 1st Division from 1996 to 2001. The drink is available in various packaging sizes, including 330 ml cans and 500 ml bottles, catering to different consumer preferences.
