Valensina is a German brand specializing in fruit juices, particularly orange juice. Founded in 1967 by Rolf H. Dittmeyer, the company has undergone several ownership changes. In 1984, Dittmeyer sold the company to Procter & Gamble. In 1998, he reacquired the brand but faced financial difficulties, leading to insolvency in 2001. Subsequently, Sportfit Fruchtsaft GmbH & Co. KG, led by Wilfried Mocken, acquired Valensina. In 2015, Boon Rawd Brewery, Thailand's oldest brewery, acquired a 49% stake in Valensina GmbH. As of 2024, Valensina GmbH is managed by Tino Mocken and Felix Müller, returning to full owner management. The company's headquarters are in Mönchengladbach, Germany, with production facilities in Mönchengladbach, Vechta, and Erding. Valensina offers a range of fruit juices and nectars, including vegan options, and is a member of the Sustainable Juice Platform, committing to sustainable practices in the juice industry.
