TRESemmé is an American brand of hair care products that was first manufactured in 1947 by the Godefroy Manufacturing Company in Manhattan, New York City. The brand was named after the renowned hair care expert Edna L. Emme. Initially, TRESemmé products were marketed exclusively to beauty salons. In 1968, the brand was acquired by Alberto-Culver, a manufacturer of hair and skincare products. In 2010, Unilever, an Anglo–Dutch multinational consumer goods company, acquired Alberto-Culver, thereby becoming the ultimate owner of the TRESemmé brand. TRESemmé offers a range of hair care products, including shampoos, conditioners, and styling products, and is known for its professional-quality formulations. The Rich Moisture Conditioner is designed to hydrate and nourish dry hair, leaving it soft and manageable. It is produced in multiple countries to meet global demand.
