Neutrogena, originally founded in 1930 as Natone, is an American brand specializing in skincare products. In 1994, it was acquired by Johnson & Johnson, which later spun off its consumer health division to form Kenvue Inc. in 2022. As a result, Neutrogena is now owned by Kenvue, an American consumer health company headquartered in Skillman, New Jersey. Neutrogena's products are manufactured in multiple countries to meet global demand.
