In December 2019, Skytec Group Ltd, a UK-based company, acquired full ownership of the Loewe brand, resulting in the establishment of Loewe Technology GmbH and its subsidiaries. The brand is renowned for its 'Made in Germany' quality, with all products designed and developed at its headquarters in Kronach, Germany. Loewe's commitment to sustainability is evident in its use of high-quality materials and energy-efficient designs. The company has also been recognized for its design excellence, receiving over 150 national and international design awards over the past two decades. In April 2024, Loewe launched Europe's first 'open cell' OLED TV production line at its Kronach facility, enhancing its manufacturing capabilities. Additionally, in July 2024, Loewe's latest premium TV model, Stellar, integrated Samsung's Tizen OS, offering a wealth of content and smart home connectivity options.
