Loewe is a Spanish luxury fashion house founded in 1846 by Enrique Loewe y Roessberg, specializing in leather goods, clothing, perfumes, and other fashion accessories. The brand is renowned for its craftsmanship and innovative designs. In 1996, Loewe became a subsidiary of LVMH, a French multinational luxury goods conglomerate. Under LVMH's ownership, Loewe has expanded its global presence and diversified its product offerings. In March 2025, Jonathan Anderson concluded his tenure as creative director after 11 years, during which he significantly elevated the brand's profile. Following Anderson's departure, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez, the designers behind Proenza Schouler, were appointed as the new creative directors, effective April 7, 2025. This leadership change marks a new chapter for Loewe as it continues to blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design under LVMH's stewardship.
