It is characterized by an intense malt aroma with honey and biscuit notes. This malt is traditionally used in various beer styles, including Pale Lager, Pilsner, Amber Lager, Dark Lager, Bock, Pale Ale, Strong Ale, Wheat beer, and historical beer styles like Gose, Lichtenhainer, and Gruitbier. The recommended usage rate is up to 100%, with a high enzyme activity and a color range of 3.0 – 5.0 EBC.
