Merrild Coffee

Merrild is a Danish coffee brand established in 1964 by Møller Merrild, who sought to improve existing coffee blends. The brand has grown to become a market leader in Denmark and the Baltic countries. In 2015, Merrild was acquired by the Italian coffee company Lavazza, which is headquartered in Turin, Italy. Lavazza is renowned for its premium coffee products and has a significant global presence. The acquisition of Merrild allowed Lavazza to expand its footprint in the Scandinavian market. Merrild continues to operate under its original brand name, offering a range of coffee products to consumers.
