The ownership structure is a 50/50 joint venture established in 2008 between Strauss Group, an Israeli-based international food company, and PepsiCo, the American multinational food, snack, and beverage corporation. This partnership allows Sabra to leverage the distribution network of PepsiCo's Frito-Lay division while benefiting from Strauss Group's expertise in fresh food technology.
