Araldica Barolo Flori 2020 is a red wine produced by Araldica Vini, a cooperative society based in Piedmont, Italy. The wine is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes cultivated around the town of Barolo. After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation and are aged for three years in 50hl Slavonian oak casks. The wine offers a complex nose with aromas of plum, mulberry, ripe strawberry, brown spice, and delicate floral and violet notes. On the palate, it presents firm tannins supporting plump fruit and a rounded texture, leading to a lengthy finish. This Barolo pairs well with wild boar sausages, venison, roast lamb, or gamey stews. Araldica Vini, established in 1954, is a cooperative society managing over 900 hectares of vineyards across Monferrato, Langhe, and Roero regions in Piedmont, Italy. The cooperative consists of 140 associates who coordinate vineyard activities and wine production. Araldica is known for producing wines from prestigious winegrowing areas and emphasizes traditional varietals and environmental care in its winegrowing strategies.
