Melfor Condiment

Melfor is a French condiment made from vinegar, honey, and herbal infusions. It was developed by Fernand Higy in 1919 and is produced by Melfor SAS, a family-owned company based in Mulhouse, France. The company operates three production sites: Mulhouse (headquarters and main factory), Hoerdt (producing small quantities, organic products, and dressings), and Sarre (Germany, producing for the German market). Melfor is primarily manufactured in France, with some products also produced in Germany for the German market.
