Mrs H.S. Ball's Peach Chutney is a South African condiment made from peaches, sugar, and spices. The brand originated with the Adkins Chutney Company, founded by Henry James Adkins and Elizabeth Sarah Spalding in 1852. The chutney gained popularity and was sold to Brooke Bond Oxo in the early 1970s, which later sold it to Unilever Foods. In 2012, Tiger Brands Limited, a South African company, acquired Mrs H.S. Ball's Chutney from Unilever.
