Mitsutomo is a Japanese brand known for manufacturing air conditioning and cooling units, including window-mounted air conditioners, mini-split systems, and HVAC equipment. The brand was originally established by Mitsutomo Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Japan. In May 2022, Tenda Co., Ltd., a Japanese company specializing in IT solutions and business products, acquired Mitsutomo Technology Inc. from Ai Miki, thereby becoming the ultimate owner of the Mitsutomo brand. This acquisition allowed Tenda Co., Ltd. to diversify its product offerings into the air conditioning and HVAC equipment market.
