Kellanova

Kellanova is the new name for the global snacking, international cereal and noodles, plant-based foods, and North American frozen breakfast business that was formerly part of the Kellogg Company. In August 2024, Mars, Inc. agreed to acquire Kellanova for nearly $30 billion, with the purchase expected to be completed in early 2025. The Kellogg's brand will remain on product packaging of both companies around the world. The North American cereal business continues to operate under the name WK Kellogg Co.
