While the brand has historical roots in Copenhagen, its primary manufacturing for vegetables and condiments shifted to Svinninge, Denmark, in 1957 to be closer to the fertile agricultural regions of Lammefjorden. The product's distribution and local management are handled by Orkla Foods Danmark, headquartered in Vallensbæk Strand.
