Cristaline Spring Water

Cristaline is a French brand of spring water established in 1992 by Pierre Castel and Pierre Papillaud. The brand sources its water from over 20 regional springs across France, aiming to provide locally sourced water to reduce transportation emissions. In 2008, the Alma Group, which owns Cristaline, sold a 49% stake to the Japanese pharmaceutical company Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for US$1.2 billion, making Otsuka the ultimate owner of the brand.
