Delverde is a premium Italian pasta brand founded in 1967 in Fara San Martino, Abruzzo. The brand is famous for using natural spring water from the Verde River, which flows through the Majella National Park, in its production process. This unique ingredient is central to its identity and high-quality reputation.

Over the decades, the brand transitioned from a family-owned venture to being part of larger global food groups. In 2019, Newlat Food S.p.A., a major Italian food manufacturing company, acquired Delverde from Molinos Río de la Plata. All main production facilities remain located in Italy to maintain the authentic quality associated with Italian durum wheat semolina pasta.
