Faxe Kondi is an iconic Danish soft drink brand originally launched in 1971. Developed in collaboration between the Faxe Brewery and the Danish national team doctor, Knud Lundberg, it was initially conceived as a "sports soda" containing glucose (druesukker) to provide energy. While the classic version is a lemon-lime flavored drink, the brand has expanded into various fruit flavors, including the 'Appelsin' (orange) variety shown here.
The product is primarily manufactured in Denmark at the Royal Unibrew facilities, particularly in Faxe. As a staple of Danish beverage culture, it maintains a strong domestic presence and is a leading brand in the Nordic market.
Today, Faxe Kondi is owned by Royal Unibrew A/S, a major Danish brewery and beverage provider. Royal Unibrew oversees the production, marketing, and distribution of the brand across Northern Europe and international markets. The company remains headquartered in Denmark and operates as an independent public company.
