San Miguel Especial Pale Lager

San Miguel Especial is a pale lager beer originally brewed in the Philippines by San Miguel Brewery, established in 1890. The brand expanded to Spain in 1954 and is now owned by Mahou San Miguel, a Spanish brewing company formed by the merger of Mahou and San Miguel in 2000. San Miguel Especial is produced in multiple countries, including Spain and the Philippines, and is available in over 45 countries worldwide. The beer is known for its golden color, creamy foam, and balanced flavor with hints of white fruits, banana, apple, and a floral base. It has an alcohol content of 5.0% ABV and is best served at a temperature between 4º-6ºC. San Miguel Especial has received several awards, including gold at the World Beer Awards Spain 2020 and the World Beer Challenge 2020.
