Play-Doh is a non-toxic modeling compound originally developed in the 1930s by the Kutol Products Company as a wallpaper cleaner. In the 1950s, it was rebranded as Play-Doh and marketed as a children's modeling clay. The brand was acquired by Hasbro, Inc. in 1991, which continues to manufacture and distribute Play-Doh worldwide.
