Cheetos Jester Pops is a snack product produced by Frito-Lay, a subsidiary of PepsiCo. The brand Cheetos was created by Charles Elmer Doolin in 1948 and was originally produced by The Frito Company. In 1961, The Frito Company merged with H.W. Lay & Company to form Frito-Lay. In 1965, Frito-Lay became a subsidiary of Pepsi-Cola, which later merged with Quaker Oats to form PepsiCo in 1968. Therefore, PepsiCo is the ultimate owner of the Cheetos brand. Cheetos products are manufactured in multiple countries to meet global demand.
