K-Swiss is an American brand founded in 1966 by Swiss brothers Art and Ernie Brunner in Los Angeles. They introduced the first all-leather tennis shoe, the K-Swiss Classic, which became iconic for its performance and style. Over the years, K-Swiss expanded its product line to include various athletic and lifestyle footwear. In 2024, the Chinese company Xtep International Holdings Ltd. acquired K-Swiss for $260 million from E-Land Footwear USA Holdings Inc., making Xtep the ultimate owner of the brand. K-Swiss products are manufactured in multiple countries, reflecting its global production strategy.
