Carrera RC Controller

Carrera is a famous toy brand renowned for its slot-car racing tracks and radio-controlled (RC) models. The Carrera brand originated in Fürth, Germany, created in 1963 by Josef Neuhierl under his company J. Neuhierl GmbH & Co. KG.

Over the decades, the company went through financial restructuring and was acquired by the Austrian Stadlbauer group in 1999, which revitalized the brand and introduced the Carrera RC product line. In 2019, the investment firm Quantum Capital Partners acquired Carrera Toys GmbH (and Revell). Carrera Toys GmbH is based in Puch bei Hallein, Austria.

Like many modern consumer electronic and radio-controlled toy components, Carrera RC models and their accompanying remote controllers are manufactured in China.
