Difflam Plus Sore Throat Spray Watermelon

Difflam is an over-the-counter medication line primarily known for treating painful conditions of the mouth and throat. The active ingredient, benzydamine hydrochloride, was originally researched and developed by the Italian pharmaceutical company Angelini (now Angelini Pharma) in the 1960s.

In the United Kingdom, Europe, and select international markets, Difflam is owned and marketed by Angelini Pharma (part of the privately held Italian multi-business group Angelini Industries). In Australia and New Zealand, Difflam products are distributed under licence by iNova Pharmaceuticals. Difflam medicated throat sprays are predominantly manufactured in Italy at Angelini's core pharmaceutical production facilities.
