Nisou Methi (Greek: Νήσου Μέθη) is a dry rosé varietal wine produced from local Cycladic grape varieties—specifically Serifiotiko and Koundoura (Mandilaria)—on the Greek island of Serifos.

The wine is crafted by the local boutique winery Parakolpois Winery (Οινοποιείο Παρά Κόλποις), founded and owned by Christos Roidis. Located near Livadakia on Serifos, the winery operates independently as an artisan family estate producing and bottling regional wines that express the unique terroir of the Aegean islands.
