In 2023, Johnson & Johnson completed the corporate spinoff of its consumer healthcare division into an independent, publicly traded entity named Kenvue Inc. McNeil products, brands, and formulations are now fully owned and managed under the Kenvue corporate umbrella.

In Germany and broader European markets, McNeil/Kenvue products (including over-the-counter remedies and consumer healthcare items) are distributed through local entities such as Johnson & Johnson GmbH / Kenvue Germany, with manufacturing taking place across various certified production facilities in Europe and the United States.
