MILRAM Holländer Pikant Cheese

MILRAM Holländer Pikant is a Gouda-style sliced cheese aged for at least 18 weeks, produced in the Netherlands under the Dutch Gouda Holland PGI designation in cooperation with partner Uniekaas / DOC Kaas.

The MILRAM brand originates from northern Germany, where it was originally established by dairy cooperatives in the 1950s. Today, it is the primary retail brand of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor eG, Germany's largest dairy cooperative.

DMK Deutsches Milchkontor eG is headquartered in Zeven, Germany. Its Dutch cooperative subsidiary, DOC Kaas B.V., along with its Uniekaas division, manufactures and sources authentic Dutch cheese products marketed under the MILRAM brand.
