Helios Fosfatfritt Bakepulver

Helios Fosfatfritt Bakepulver is an organic, gluten-free, and phosphate-free baking powder sold widely in Norway. The Helios brand was established in Norway in 1969 as a pioneer in biodynamic and organic food products, originally initiated by anthroposophic and ecological farming advocates.

Today, the Helios brand belongs to Midsona Norge AS, a subsidiary of the Swedish health and organic food conglomerate Midsona AB. Midsona is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm exchange and specializes in health foods, consumer healthcare, and organic products across the Nordic region and parts of Europe.

Although Helios is historically and conceptually a Norwegian brand, its organic baking powder is sourced and produced in Germany (a standard European hub for certified organic tartar-based baking ingredients) before being packaged and distributed across health food stores and supermarkets in Norway.
