Oh Henry! is an iconic candy bar consisting of peanuts, caramel, and fudge coated in chocolate. The candy bar was originally introduced in 1920 by the Williamson Candy Company in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

While Oh Henry! was historically sold in both the United States and Canada, its Canadian rights and formulation developed distinctive characteristics. In Canada, the brand was acquired by Hershey Canada and is manufactured domestically at Hershey's facility in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. Meanwhile, in the United States, rights had been held by Nestlé and later Ferrero, who ultimately discontinued the US version, leaving Canada as the bar's primary home.

Today, the Canadian Oh Henry! is owned by The Hershey Company, a multinational confectionery corporation headquartered in Hershey, Pennsylvania, United States, and operated locally via Hershey Canada Inc.
