Ruinart Champagne

Ruinart is the oldest established Champagne house, founded in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart in Reims, France. The brand holds a unique place in history as the first to produce sparkling wine exclusively. Its production remains centered in the Champagne region of France, where it utilizes traditional methods and the famous 'crayères' (chalk pits) for aging. Since 1963, the brand has been under the ownership of Moët & Chandon, which later became part of the LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton group. LVMH is a world leader in luxury goods, headquartered in Paris, and continues to manage Ruinart as a prestige champagne brand.
