ETNA is a renowned Dutch brand with a history dating back to 1856, originally established as a foundry in Breda. Over the decades, it became a household name in the Netherlands for cooking and cooling appliances. The retro line, characterized by its 1950s aesthetic and pastel colors, is a popular modern interpretation of their classic heritage.

While the brand has deep Dutch roots, the manufacturing of their modern appliances takes place across multiple countries, often utilizing the global supply chain of its parent group. Today, ETNA is part of the ATAG Benelux group, which itself was acquired by the Slovenian multinational Gorenje, which is now ultimately owned by the Chinese conglomerate Hisense. This ownership structure allows ETNA to combine Dutch design sensibilities with international manufacturing scale.
