Ufesa Small Appliances

Ufesa (Unión de Fabricantes de Electrodomésticos, S.A.) is a historic Spanish brand founded in 1963 in the Basque Country. It emerged from the union of several small family businesses specializing in small household appliances. For decades, it was a household name in Spain, known for its irons, coffee makers, and vacuum cleaners.

In 1998, the brand was acquired by the German BSH Hausgeräte GmbH group, which integrated it into its global portfolio. However, in 2018, BSH sold the Ufesa brand to the Spanish group B&B Trends. Today, Ufesa remains a leader in the Spanish market for small appliances. While its design and strategic operations are still rooted in Spain, manufacturing is primarily outsourced to global centers, particularly in China, to maintain competitive pricing.
