El Caserío is an iconic Spanish brand of processed cheese products, best known for its individually wrapped cheese wedges ('quesitos'). The brand was founded in 1931 by Pedro Montañés in Mahón, Menorca. The name 'El Caserío' refers to a traditional farmhouse, which is featured in the brand's logo to represent its dairy roots and home-style trustworthiness.

Over the decades, the brand became a staple in Spanish households, known for its catchy slogan 'De El Caserío me fío' (I trust El Caserío). While it originated as a local family business, it eventually was acquired by multinational interests. Currently, the brand is owned by Mondelēz International, following the spin-off from Kraft Foods. Despite the corporate ownership changes, the production for the Spanish market remains primarily located in the Mondelēz factory in Hospital de Órbigo, León, Spain.
