In 2019, the company was acquired by Diorama Investments SICAR, a private equity fund managed by DECA Investments, marking a significant transition in its corporate history. The product is primarily manufactured in Greece using traditional methods combined with modern technology, maintaining its legacy as a household staple in both Greece and international markets.
