As of 2024 and looking toward 2026, Vigor Alimentos operates as a key subsidiary of Grupo Lala, which is headquartered in Mexico. This acquisition allowed Vigor to strengthen its distribution and innovation pipeline within the Latin American market while maintaining its strong local heritage in Brazil.
