Thy Whisky is an organic single malt whisky brand produced on the Gyrup estate in the Thy region of Jutland, Denmark. The brand is unique for its estate-grown philosophy, meaning all the grain—ranging from traditional barley to heritage grains like spelt and rye—is grown on the family farm.

The production process is entirely localized, where the family manages the malting, brewing, and distillation on-site. This farm-to-bottle approach has positioned Thy Whisky as a premium leader in the Nordic whisky movement, garnering international acclaim for its terroir-focused spirits and sustainable agricultural practices.
