Mattoni is a signature Czech mineral water brand with a rich history dating back to 1873. Founded by Heinrich Mattoni in the spa town of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad), the brand quickly became one of the most famous mineral waters in Europe due to its unique mineral composition and high quality. The water is sourced from the surrounding areas of the Doupov Mountains and the Slavkov Forest in the West Bohemian region of the Czech Republic.

Today, the brand is the flagship of the Mattoni 1873 group (formerly Karlovarské minerální vody), which has grown into the largest producer of soft drinks in Central Europe. The group is owned by the Italian Pasquale family, who have held the majority stake since the 1990s. While Mattoni remains deeply rooted in Czech heritage and production, its ownership and strategic direction are steered by international expertise, ensuring the brand's prominence across European markets well into 2026 and beyond.
