Dkategoria sauces

Dkategoria is a Spanish brand specialized in the production of high-quality Mediterranean sauces, particularly known for its Allioli and white sauces. The brand was launched as a new industrial project in 2019 by Victor Choví, a member of the well-known Choví family which has over 50 years of tradition in the sauce manufacturing industry in Spain.

The brand operates from a modern production facility equipped with high-tech controlled-temperature systems and closed-circuit packaging processes to ensure food safety and quality. While Victor Choví is the driving force behind the brand through his company Dkategoria Salsas S.L., the brand remains an independent venture rooted in the Valencian region of Spain, focusing on both the retail and Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sectors across Europe.
