Cervera Rabarber Marmelade

Cervera Rabarber Marmelade (Rhubarb Jam) is a sugar-free fruit preserve produced by the Danish company Cervera A/S. The brand was founded in 1916 by César Fernandez Cervera, a young man from Galicia, Spain, who settled in Copenhagen, Denmark. Initially focused on importing Spanish fish preserves, the company eventually shifted its focus to high-quality vegetable-based specialties and jams.

The product is manufactured at Kløvergaard, a former cooperative dairy in Sønderjylland (South Jutland), Denmark, which has been converted into a modern food production facility while retaining its traditional architecture. Cervera is known for its range of niche products, including those specifically developed for diabetics in collaboration with hospital dietitians. Today, the company remains a family-owned independent entity, currently managed by the descendants of the founder's business partners, maintaining its legacy of Danish production with Mediterranean inspiration.
