Vale do Rocim is a distinguished wine brand produced by Herdade do Rocim, a prominent winery located in the Alentejo region of Portugal. Established in 2000, the estate is situated between the towns of Vidigueira and Cuba, an area renowned for its long viticultural tradition and unique granite soils that impart a characteristic freshness to its wines.

The 'Signature' series, including the Alicante Bouschet 2024, reflects the winery's commitment to high-quality monovarietal expressions. The production process often involves traditional methods such as foot-treading in stone 'lagares' and aging in French oak barrels or traditional clay amphorae (talhas).
