MR MARVIS is a premium Amsterdam-based menswear brand founded in 2016 by Steven Vrendenbarg, Aafke Tuin, and David Sipkens. Most of the brand's production is concentrated in Portugal, where garments are handmade in small-scale workshops. However, some specific items, such as belts, are produced in Türkiye. MR MARVIS is officially certified as a B Corporation, reflecting its commitment to social and environmental responsibility through ethical manufacturing and the use of sustainable materials like GOTS-certified organic cotton.

The company has experienced significant growth through a direct-to-consumer model and flagship physical stores across Europe. While the original founders remain at its core, the company has received investment from Capital A Investment Partners and industry veterans like Fred Gehring and Ludo Onnink (former Tommy Hilfiger executives) to fuel its international expansion.
