Viola Laplandia is a dairy brand originally stemming from the Finnish dairy cooperative Valio. The brand has been a staple in Northern European markets for decades, known for high-quality cream and butter products.

Following the geopolitical shifts in 2022, Valio sold its Russian operations, including the Viola brand rights within the Russian Federation, to Velkom Group. Consequently, while the brand name and recipes originate from Finland, the production for the Russian market is now conducted locally at the Ershovo plant in the Moscow region. The brand continues to maintain the aesthetic and quality standards associated with its Finnish roots while operating under independent regional ownership.
